About Anderson Park
Anderson Park Subdivision
With 60 lots planned and various section sizes available, Anderson Park offers variety and a sense of community. If you’re a keen walker, you can head to the beach on foot. Otherwise, it is a very short drive. Adjacent to Waikanae Park, a swimming pool and a large reserve, it is the perfect place to build your new home.
Kapiti, a 20km stretch of coastline on the south-west side of the North Island, is well known for its world-renowned bird sanctuary, Kapiti Island. Sunshine, sandy beaches and the many surrounding reserves and parks makes this little stretch of coastline a slice of paradise.
Amnico own commercial properties in Paraparaumu, Palmerston North & Hastings, alongside a luxury accommodation/conference facility in Martinborough. We have established residential subdivisions in Waikanae, Otaki Beach, and Napier. In conjunction with Anderson Park, we are currently in the planning stages of Te Pare o Matangi, a new sub-division in Otaki.
Land History – The original farm & house
In the late 1900s, a well-known local man, Will Field became the first to settle land in the Ngarara Survey District. He owned the land Anderson Park occupies for many years, until his death in 1944. Since then, the land Anderson Park occupies has changed substantially and has been used in many ways.
With sections ranging from 495m2 to 1230m2, Anderson Park offers section sizes to suit all lifestyles.
Stage one, consisting of 17 lots, is well underway and offers numerous flat sections which make building that much easier.
Subsequent stages are not yet finalised however the average size of these sections is expected to be 600m2.
