Land History – The original farm & house
In the late 1900s, a well-known local man, Will Field became the first to settle land in the Ngarara Survey District. He owned the land Anderson Park occupies for many years, until his death in 1944. Since then, the land Anderson Park occupies has changed substantially and has been used in many ways.

Stage one, consisting of 17 lots, has been completed and has sold out.
